What is the cost of shipping?

Nominal charge of ₹80 to be applicable on orders below ₹999. For few pin codes where local home deliveries are possible, The shipping is ₹39 to be applicable on orders above for packaging & shipping. The shipping charges ensures that customer don’t pay extra charge on each product as delivery margin.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

This depends on the pin code of your area and ease of accessibility of the courier partners in your locality. We deliver to each and every pin code in INDIA where at least one national courier partner or at least the postal services are available. However, our networks are getting stronger day by day and actively delivering to 26,000+ pin-codes in standard delivery time. In general, from the time of order placed, it takes about 5-9 days for domestic orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at naricomefortwear@gmail.com or call us on our Nari Comfort Wear customer care number +91-9740 377 008 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM) and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from the Track Order section.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or delivery location.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the return policy on Nari Comfort Wear?

Most of our products fall in the undergarment category. Hence, for the reason of customer hygiene and safety, we suggest our respected customers not to return the product as possible. However, the manufacturing defects and quality-related issues, if any, are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. There are some items that are either one-time usable or special-purpose items that are not eligible for returns. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request by writing to our mail within 7 days of delivery to request a return and replacement. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 1-3 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order by sending a message to our official number. You can also write to us a at naricomefortwear@gmail.com or call us on +91-9740377008 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM).**Nari Comfort Wear reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been delivered to us back by our courier partner and we find it intact as indicated above.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange by writing to us within 2 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
